 REAL ALES

Here at The Pontardawe Inn we take pride in our great selection of real ales.  The Landlord being a keen member of  CAMRA is always making sure that the ales we have on offer are in top condition.  The Pub was awarded Regional Pub of the Year award by CAMRA in 2002.    We usually offer a choice of three: Marston's Pedigree, Bank's Original and a guest ale that changes frequently on our middle hand pull (which the locals have nicknamed the "middle wicket").  The Pontardawe Inn has been included in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide for many years.  We hold a mini beer festival at the end of March and also a larger one in the middle of August which is the annual Pontardawe Inn Music & Beer Festival. Look out  for some great guest ales at the Gwachel.
